Appointments are confirmed directly with Kelly. Any booking fee, accepted payment methods and payment timing will be explained in writing before confirmation.
Cancellations and rearrangements
Please provide as much notice as possible. Any cancellation window, booking-fee treatment, late-cancellation or no-show term that applies to your appointment will be provided before you confirm the booking and forms part of your booking terms.
Late arrival
Late arrival may reduce the available appointment time or require the appointment to be rearranged where safe treatment cannot be completed.
Consultation and suitability
Treatment is subject to consultation, informed consent and suitability. Kelly may decline, postpone or alter a plan where treatment is not appropriate.
Prices and payment
Website prices are a guide. The final plan and price are confirmed following assessment. Any additional sessions or top-ups should be agreed separately.
